A Veteran's Thoughts this Veterans Day

I just finished reading "The Real War in Afghanistan" by Voddie on his blog and it made me pause and think about the young Marine LT killed in Afghanistan 3 days ago that is the son of a Marine 3 Star General. A family that knows and understands war, and still is willing to pay the price. The war is truly raging but the real war runs much deeper. It is a war against sin and the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh (2 Cor 10:4-6). Many will ask, "Is this war justified?" If we are believers in Christ, we entered warfare immediately when we placed the seal of Christ on our hearts. War is an inevitable byproduct of sin. We must be about our father's business. Fighting for what is right is always justified.
